This place suits me perfectly, offering 24-hour security, a flat-screen TV, and VIP check-in. On my first stay, the staff even helped me with sim cards! I'd recommend it for anyone wanting a comfortable stay. I’m coming back for Christmas.

Unexpected Comforts in a Bustling Area
The location near the historic center allowed easy access to cultural sites, and the friendly staff made every interaction pleasant. Free Wi-Fi kept me connected effortlessly.
However, the room cleanliness was definitely subpar. the floors felt like they hadn't seen a mop in ages, and I had to request basic toiletries during my stay.

The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of cultural attractions and easy access to public transport.
The cleanliness was seriously lacking, with stains and an overall unkempt appearance of the room.

free Wi-Fi, convenient area, cultural access
Cleanliness left a lot to be desired!!! Pillows and blankets are desperately in need of replacement!!! It's perplexing that there is no elevator for four-floor access!!! Noise from the street and unorganized check-in process could improve!!!

the room was absolutely filthy—cockroaches everywhere! I expected at least some effort, maybe an upgrade for the inconvenience, but no such luck. and don’t get me started on the dirty pillows and blankets. I almost wrote a good review but just couldn't. Such a shame for a place with decent potential.

Good Value with Potential
The free Wi-Fi was a nice touch, helping me stay connected during my two-night stay. While the room layout could improve, the location offered quick access to the airport. I'd suggest bringing extra toiletries as they aren’t always provided. Consider checking out local dining options for authentic meals.

It was just a suitable option for taking strolls in Mexico City with good value for cost. The free Wi-Fi helped me stay connected while exploring. Bring your own toiletries just in case they aren't provided.

The top-floor room was spacious and surprisingly clean after initial room changes, providing a comfortable place to stay. However, the staff's lack of attentiveness during check-in was disappointing, and the absence of basic toiletries like soap made the stay less enjoyable. The proximity to the historic city center offered convenient access to cultural sites, but the street noise could be bothersome at night.
